Hybrid retrieval (BM25 + vectors, RRF fusion) over 812 fragments from the site's own 72 pages; every answer carries a clickable source. If retrieval doesn't clear the threshold, the language model isn't called and the bot refers the visitor to a human. Measured on a golden set of 20 questions: 12/12 with a source, 8/8 correctly declined, 0 dead source URLs, median 3,572 ms. Runs natively on our own Dutch hardware, via our own model router.
